A breathtaking panorama of the ocean awaits you in this exquisite light-filled room. Its openness and freshness inevitably brings a heart-leap of delight when it is first seen. Located above where the sea meets the shore the Windsail Room is our favourite room, and evokes all that is loved in wind and sea and open sky. 

Vaulted ceilings give a luxurious sense of space and comfort. Window walls over 20 feet wide rise from the floor to over 12 feet in height and open to the ocean and to the deck. Custom built, if you look at these windows with special eyes, you will be able to find a double-masted sailing boat in them--hull and all!  Overhead a hide-away loft offers another dimension to coziness. In this room too we are pleased to offer our specially designed back chairs to nurture sore and stressed backs. 

Whether you relax with a book, or doze in bed you will feel as though you are merging with the spectacular panorama of ocean and islands. As an option you can luxuriate on an enclosed private sundeck that faces southward to the sun. 

The Windsail Room is part of the main house and you will be invited to make yourself at home, free to spend time in the living room and explore the surprises to be discovered there. 

A full breakfast is included with accommodation. The Windsail Room has a private bathroom.
